Implementation Specialist

One of our clients is seeking creative, innovative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced team environment with multiple opportunities for growth. Analysts are responsible for understanding the software capabilities, identifying areas for improvement, and working with users to ensure that features align with customer needs for a successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client conference calls to begin the implementation process
• Interact directly with clients in order to communicate the implementation process, software requirements/options, data testing results and in order to understand clients needs/requirements.
• Follow up with clients on a regular basis regarding progress throughout the implementation process as well as post training as required.
• Work with clients and internal departments to successfully complete the project
• Actively participate in project meetings to discuss issues and offer recommended solutions based upon best practices.
• Provide proactive follow-up with customers prior, during, and post project while notifying their supervisor of any critical issues that arise.
• Maintain clear, concise, and timely notes in the CRM system as it pertains to the project and client by providing all details around each customer communication
• Understand the position function and how it relates to other functional areas and that intersection points between departments.

You have:

• 1+ year of experience managing relationships with software or services clients in either a B2B sales position or B2B account management role 
• 1+ year in a genuine customer facing role 
• Demonstrated the ability to manage a high volume of clients at any given time 
• Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills 
• A positive and proactive approach to dynamic environment 
• Patience, empathy and a unique ability to manage stress 
• Excellent verbal and written skills 
• Great investigative skills - resourcefulness & persistence is key to success 
• Training/presentation skills
