• 5+ years experience as a Software Development or Technical QA Manager preferably with operating systems experience

• Passionate and Technical: Ready to deep dive into diverse technologies at all levels and impact on end user applications. Able to thrive in and drive an ecosystem including macOS, iOS, Python, Swift, Bash and Git
• Organized and Responsive: Comfortable with dynamic schedule driven development
• Results Oriented: Motivated by data and proactive about getting and sharing it
• Balanced: Makes appropriate trade-offs between short term results and long term infrastructure improvements
