About our client: 
We are a young, dynamic, energetic team working in the area of telecommunication solutions and online marketing, offering transport services in UK. We are looking for energetic, friendly, and self-motivated candidates to join our team in Sofia.
Your main job will be to offer customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to our members who have questions or concerns around particular product or service.
This is entry position suitable for candidates with little or no experience.


Your responsibility:
Taking care of customer inquiries via chat, email and/ or phone,
Maintains and updates customer information.
Up-sell to customers, as necessary.
Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support.


Requirements:  
Working level of English;
Excellent customer and communication skills;
The role expects you to be communicative and collaborative; 
Analytical thinking;
Attention to details;
